LEX Marquee Hire was established in 2013 by Alex who had been working within the events and marquee industry since 2003.

Lex Marquee hire was founded with the aim to provide quality marquees and a professional service to clients throughout Berkshire and the South East. Located just outside of Reading, Berkshire Lex Marquee Hire specialise in weddings, parties, corporate events and music and community festivals.

As Lex Marquee Hire has grown over the years, we now offer the full range of equipment needed to make your event special including furniture hire, flooring, staging, dance floors, indoor and outdoor lighting, audio equipment, toilet trailers and refrigerated trailers.

We understand that plans sometimes change, which is why we offer an ‘Open Booking’ meaning if you need to change your booking there are no penalty fees to pay

Your booking process…

Enquiry/Booking
For each enquiry and booking we offer a FREE no obligation site visit to measure the venue and advise the customer of any recommendations for the layout of the marquee or ideas for the party. Our team are experienced working with a wide range of customers and their needs including weddings, religious and community events, festivals and corporate clients. We require a 25% deposit to confirm and secure the booking.
On the Day
On arrival our team will meet with you to determine your requirements and answer any questions you may have. Before erecting our marquees, or team undertake a risk assessment and mark out where the marquee will be positioned. We will then erect the marquee in the perfect location for your event. We will not leave until you are completely satisfied, and we have fully cleaned up.
