1 - Claydon house

 

A beautiful 18th Century National Trust estate set in an idyllic country side setting.

Located in Buckinghamshire the house was built around 1750 and was home to Ralph Verney. His aim was to build and create the perfect country home to show off and amaze his wealthy neighbours. Even though owning one of the most beautiful properties in England Ralph Verney was in financial ruin less than 30years later. The building has elaborate decorations throughout and is totally unique to the area. Now it is considered one of the best wedding venues in Buckinghamshire and the South of England.

3 - The Barn at Chilton

This wedding venue was constructed in the 18th century and has been converted into one of the most beautiful settings for all types of events including weddings, conferences and private functions. The Barn is located on the Chilton Estate with idyllic views of the nearby lake and the Buckinghamshire county side.

 

4 - Creslow Manor

 

The Manor is located in the parish of Creslow in the heart of rural Buckinghamshire. Dating back as far as the 13th century it is one of the oldest Manor houses in the area.

The Manor has some of the most beautiful grounds and gardens which caters for marquee events including weddings, private functions and corporate days. A Medieval wall surrounds the stunning private gardens along with the sweeping lawns creating the perfect setting for a wedding.

 

5 - Stowe House

 

Stowe house is another perfect example of the quality of wedding venues in Buckinghamshire. The beauty of this property is the surrounding grounds, gardens, lakes and views. This picturesque location for weddings and all types of events has an amazing past. Throughout history Stowe House was viewed as one of the most influential venues in Europe and welcomed tourists to visit as early as the 1730’s with visitors coming from far away to see all its beauty.

 

6 - Horwood House

 

Appealing to future brides this charming wedding venue is just over 10 miles from Milton Keynes set in the middle of the Buckinghamshire’s lovely countryside. The property offers a vintage feel in the peaceful surroundings and gorgeous gardens. In the summer months Horwood House provides wedding ceremonies outside so the happy couple and their guests can admire and enjoy atmosphere of the Buckinghamshire countryside.
